CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid toward the service. The deposit must be repaid prior to rescheduling. We value your time and prioritize safety, and we understand that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please note that no-show appointments will not be accommodated. All cancellations regarding your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, charged to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. If time permits and the service can still be completed, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—Halo Beauty can’t wait to see you glow!
